How To File For Bankruptcy

Paycheck Stubs, Tax Returns, And Debts
You need 6 months of paycheck stubs or income records. Visit the Human Resources office or print them out from your payroll office if you do not have copies. You also need 2 years of tax returns. If you have not filed tax returns or do not make sufficient income to file, please let us know.
